I find it odd how just being in another country with another drinking law changes yr attitude to drink. I just turned 18, and though I drank quite a bit before, I drink a lot more regularly now (just moderately!) but I couldn't imagine waiting till 21 before feeling like I could pop off to a bar and have a few beers...

On topic, San Miguel was the first beer that didn't taste like vomit to me, Peroni is still my favourite, though I had Leffe once and that was really good, and I had this drink which I think was called Sol at the Foundry bar and that was lovely, and I've had a few (surprisingly cheap - for London anyway) organic beers at this place, which were great and there were WAY too many basic connectives in this sentence...

AND THIS FORUM WILL BE GREAT, AS GREAT A A GRIZZLY BEAR!! LET'S MAKE IT AWESOME.

Kronenbourg 1664 and Guinness for this bare. Harp is decent but I find it to have too much of a bitter aftertaste. Kilkenny Red goes down smoothly, as does Newcastle Brown Ale.

1664 feels like a "bud" type beer, or "stella" it's light an fine, but often if not perfectly chilled kinda like piss
